I’m a licensed massage therapist and movement educator who believes care for the body should be effective and sustainable.

My work blends therapeutic massage, intelligent movement, and nervous system regulation to help people move with greater ease, recover more fully, and feel more at home in their bodies. Rather than chasing symptoms or quick fixes, I focus on understanding why tension and pain keep returning, and what the body needs to change that pattern.

I work with active, high-functioning, and deeply stressed individuals who want more than temporary relief. Many of my clients have tried stretching, workouts, or rest alone and still feel stuck. Through a combination of hands-on bodywork and guided movement, I help them create lasting change by reinforcing what we release on the table through how they move and live.

My approach is deep yet calm, collaborative, and respectful of the nervous system. Pressure is never the goal-clarity, regulation, and resilience are. Each session is intentional and meets the body where it is, supporting not just how it feels today, but how it will function years from now.

This work is for people who care about longevity, consistency, and developing a healthier relationship with their body-without forcing, fixing, or overriding it.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when the body feels organized and supported, everything else becomes more possible.

I’m indebted in gratitude to my teachers and influences, to name a few: Janet Greenspan, Gil Hedley, Til Luchau, Tom Myers, James Knight, Sandra Pleasants, Jennifer Elliot, Dr. Andreo Spina, Peter Roel, Phoebe Higgins, Amy Ragsdale, Karen Kaufmann, Michele Antonioli.
