My sessions are client centered and tailored to your needs.
I help ease pain with my Functional Fascial Therapy. Functional Fascial Therapy sessions are perfect for those wanting to address pain and restore optimal function and balance. These sessions are more interactive because we’re working together to create lasting change in the nervous and fascial systems by unwinding chronic tension that leads to postural imbalances.
If ease and relaxation are what you’re seeking, my Restorative massage therapy sessions are for you. Carefully curated with your needs in mind, these sessions blend restorative touch, nervous system support and mindful pacing to create a deeply relaxing and grounding experience. The emphasis is on comfort, calm, and helping my clients feel genuinely cared for and rejuvenated.
All sessions can include Smart Cupping with Red Light Therapy and dynamic cupping to help release those stubborn areas of held stress, free of an up charge.
Across both approaches, my work is intentional, precise, and guided by my belief that when the body is supported, structurally and neurologically, people move through the world with more ease, strength, and wellbeing.
Price range: $110-$200
I practice out of two convenient locations in Richmond, Virginia. Quiet Mind Massage is located at 6808 Patterson Avenue and Wellness Advocates is located at 5500 Patterson Avenue.

My Private Sessions
Private sessions are held at SoulShine Studios on Friday afternoons. These sessions are perfect for those looking to improve strength, balance and functional mobility. Each session is carefully curated to focus on your individual needs and meet you where you’re at.
These sessions could include Pilates, resistance training, functional mobility, myofascial release, breath work and mindfulness training.
Price range-$100+. Packages available.

My Group Classes
My SoulBody Pilates class blends the core intelligence of Pilates with functional strength, dynamic mobility, and mindful movement. Each class guides you to length, center, and open the body through intentional, flowing sequencing that strengthens from the inside out while easing tightness and restoring balance. Expect a grounded, thoughtfully paced flow that leaves you feeling strong, spacious, and soulfully aligned.
SoulBody Pilates is taught at SoulShine Studios at Stony Point Fashion Park in Richmond, Virginia.
